The Ethical Leadership Lab offers leadership consultation, embodied communication training, conflict navigation, and group facilitation for artists, educators, founders, organizations, and community leaders seeking more grounded ways to lead, collaborate, and communicate.
This work is informed by the ethical leadership philosophy of Walter Earl Fluker of Walter Earl Fluker & Associates and grounded in The Fable Method.
Offerings
One-on-One Leadership Consultation
Private sessions for artists, educators, entrepreneurs, facilitators, nonprofit leaders, and community members navigating leadership, communication, conflict, creative transition, or organizational responsibility.
Sessions may focus on: Leadership Presence, Communication Clarity, Conflict Navigation, Public Speaking, Facilitation Practice, Emotional Regulation Under Pressure, Difficult Conversations, Accountability Practices, Embodied Communication.
Each session is tailored to the individual and rooted in dialogue, reflection, ethical witnessing, and practical application.

Group Facilitation & Leadership Intensives
Facilitated workshops and group experiences for arts organizations, schools, universities, creative teams, nonprofits, community spaces, and leadership cohorts.
Workshop topics may include: Ethical Leadership Through Story, Embodied Communication, Conflict Navigation, Facilitation Under Pressure, Ensemble Building, and Leadership for Artists & Educators.
Each intensive is developed in conversation with the group and informed by Fable & Sow's ongoing leadership work and the educational traditions of Walter Earl Fluker & Associates.

About Hamp
Hamp Fluker is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Fable & Sow Theatre Farm. His leadership work is informed by years of experience in theatre, facilitation, and training, grounded in the traditions and frameworks of Walter Earl Fluker & Associates.
