Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fable & Sow Theatre Farm, we understand that life shifts, schedules change, and unexpected circumstances arise. We do our best to approach cancellations and refunds with both clarity and care.
Classes, Workshops & Intensives
Unless otherwise stated:
Deposits and registration fees are non-refundable.
Full refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of an offering.
Partial refunds or credit transfers may be offered for cancellations made within 14 days of an offering.
No refunds are guaranteed once a class, workshop, or intensive has begun.
Memberships
Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the membership period begins.
Coaching & Self-Tape Sessions
Coaching sessions, healing sessions, and self-tape appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice when possible.
Event Changes
Fable & Sow Theatre Farm reserves the right to adjust schedules, teachers, locations, or programming when necessary.
If an offering is canceled by Fable & Sow Theatre Farm, participants will receive either:
A full refund
Credit toward a future offering
Transfer into another available offering
Financial Accessibility
We believe artistic support should remain accessible whenever possible. Limited sliding scale opportunities and payment arrangements may be available for select offerings.
